We want you to love your RoseGlow product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return:
- Email us at support@roseglow.beauty with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions
- Ship the product back in its original condition
Refund process: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items? Contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
